What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from bharatlaws.com?

We at bharatlaws.com always have you in mind, so we strive to make sure that our products reach you in their original condition. Still if an item ordered by you on bharatlaws.com is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at blh1@bol.net.in ASAP. We will guide you about how to refund the book to us for a replacement.

How can I return a product ordered from bharatlaws.com?

To provide you a worry free shopping experience on bharatlaws.com, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. Our address for returns is as follows:

We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our website.

How and when will I get my refund?

Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.

Delivery Policy

Modes of delivery:

1. Registered Post
2. Courier

Time taken for delivery of books

1. Registered Post : 7~10 working days (within India)
2. Courier : 2~3 working days

In case the delivery of books is outside India, delivery may take more time depending on the location of addressee

Note : The above days shall be counted from the day the payment is received to the credit of our account.
